We are here in Margaux, tasting this super dry white wine with its tropical notes of passion fruit, white peach and lime. 70% sauvignon, the rest rich semillon. 30 years they have been making white wine in thus red wine appellation. 300 litre Burgundy barrel for 6 months where this wine is fermented and starts its life. #wineguidebordeaux @chateau.prieurelichine #whitemedoc they are even talking of a new appellation here for these complex white wines #bordeauxnotjustred
